Achievements

(1) In the aspect of   temperature control algorithm theory and program development, various   algorithm theories of unstable temperature field of concrete have been   studied successively, and several sets of calculation and analysis programs   of temperature field and stress field have been developed, which significantly   improve the accuracy and efficiency of simulation calculation of concrete   temperature field. (2) The results of concrete crack prevention have been   applied in a number of practical concrete engineering structures. The crack   prevention guarantee rate during construction can reach more than 95%, which   obviously improves the current situation of hydraulic concrete structure   cracking easily. (3) After the research results of rapid construction and crack   prevention methods of mass concrete structures are applied in the project,   the construction period is obviously shortened under the condition of   effective crack prevention, and remarkable economic and social benefits are   produced. (4) After the application of the concrete temperature intelligent   measurement and control system in the engineering field, the labor workload   and temperature control cost are greatly reduced on the premise of achieving   the expected temperature control effect. (5) The pioneering exploration of   hardware and software in the aspect of intelligent construction method of   concrete is carried out, which lays a foundation for engineering application   and development.
